Iced Cinnamon Dolce Latte Recipe
   
   
       

1/2 cup chilled espresso or double-strength Rainforest Nut coffee (brew with 3-4 tbsp. coffee for every 6 oz water)
1 cup cold milk
2 tbsp. Cinnamon Dolce Syrup (see recipe below)
Ice

Brew coffee then add syrup and stir. Cover and cool, then chill in the refrigerator. Fill large, tall glass with ice. Pour chilled coffee mixture and cold milk over the ice.

Cinnamon Dolce Syrup
1 cup water
3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Bring water, brown sugar, and cinnamon to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, add vanilla extract, and cool. Store in the refrigerator in a covered container for up to two weeks.

   
Rainforest Nut yields an extraordinarily transparent cup of drip coffee when either the automatic drip or the manual drip method is used. Brewing with a French press or a vacuum pot will amplify its flavor. Both methods produce extraordinary coffee since they pull flavorful oils into the brew. The best brewing method for all gourmet decaf coffees is the French press. The press will accentuate Rainforest Nut Decaf’s flavor and aroma, qualities that suffer as a result of decaffeination. Rainforest Macchiato Recipe
       
         

1/2 cup espresso or double-strength Rainforest Nut coffee (brew with double the coffee grounds)
2 tbsp. vanilla syrup (see recipe below)
1/2 cup foamed milk
Ground cinnamon

Heat and whisk milk in a small saucepan until it reaches the texture of melted ice cream. Pour vanilla syrup into a large cup. Add hot coffee and a large dollop of foamed milk. Dust with cinnamon. Serves one.

Vanilla Syrup
1 cup water
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Bring water and sugar to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add vanilla extract, and cool.
